Data controller
Amzu Andrei Alexandru, based in the Netherlands, operates The Evepa Project and is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact: support.evepa@gmail.com.
Data we process
When you join the waiting list, we collect your email address and the date and time of your submission. Our hosting providers may also process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs when you use the website.
Evepa does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we process your data
We use your email and submission time to manage the waiting list, prevent duplicate registrations, and send waiting-list and launch updates. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form after receiving the notice shown beside it.
We process limited technical data where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and diagnosing the website. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Is providing your email required?
Providing your email is optional. If you do not provide it, you cannot join the waiting list or receive waiting-list and launch updates.
Service providers and recipients
We may share data only as necessary with service providers that supply cloud hosting, spreadsheet or database storage, and email delivery. They process data on our behalf under applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we use a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You may contact us for information about the safeguard relevant to your data and how to obtain a copy.
How long we keep your data
We delete waiting-list records no later than 12 months after Evepa's public launch, or earlier if you withdraw consent, unless retaining specific information is required by law. Technical logs are retained only for as long as needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting under the relevant provider settings.
Your GDPR rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Email support.evepa@gmail.com to exercise a right. We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month. We may request information needed to verify your identity.
Complaints
You have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Evepa develops. If we want to use waiting-list data for a materially different purpose, we will provide new information and request fresh consent where required.
